Walmart Connect's Head of Marketing and Creative is looking for a seasoned B2B marketer to lead the Brand Strategy and Enterprise Sales marketing team with the mission to drive "must buy" status for Connect's ad products across the media industry through awareness and comprehension of our unique value. This role will lead 25-35 B2B marketers responsible for guiding the Walmart Connect brand strategy, events and ad sales marketing targeting multiple ad buying cohorts and category verticals. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience leading an ad sales marketing team for a major media platform (in either the NY or SF metro areas); excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence; expertise in building strategies, messages, and events that differentiate and resonate to drive ad revenue goals; a deep understanding of what great execution look like; and a proven ability to coach teams in the delivery of measurable outcomes through data driven marketing.
