- More than 1,900 customers, including Atlassian, Jersey Mike’s, Marks & Spencer, NBCUniversal, PayPal, Shopify, and Under Armour rely on Amplitude to gain self-service visibility into the entire customer journey.
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will: Partner with Account Executives to build growth strategies for your book of business and work with them to secure successful renewals and expansions
- Partner with our Professional Services team to deliver a successful onboarding process, answer ad hoc business/strategy questions, and share methodologies and insights
- Prior experience in a customer success/account management role with a track record working with large enterprise customers.
