- General Corporate: Entity formation; drafting board and stockholder consents, and meeting minutes; drafting documents for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations and LLCs; drafting documents for officer and director changes; drafting proxies and power of attorney documents.
- Administrative: Interact with a diverse group of colleagues worldwide at all levels of the company; manage and drive issues and projects cross-functionally across departments; implementation of new legal processes, policies, procedures, and technology; support daily operations and administrative needs of the company including calendaring, presentation preparation, documentation management, etc.
- M&A and Finance: Assist as needed with M&A, finance, and other strategic transactions, including organizing due diligence materials, managing checklists, assisting with closing mechanics, and post-closing integration processes.
- 5-8 years of relevant paralegal experience gained either at a law firm or in-house.
- Initiative and ability to be proactive and use mature judgment to take calculated risks within defined boundaries.
