- The Senior Corporate Attorney will be primarily responsible for negotiating, drafting, and interpreting various types of government and commercial contracts, developing internal policies and procedures for the contract review process, and ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal law.
- Draft, review, mark-up and negotiate a wide range of government and commercial agreements across multiple US and international business units, including but not limited to master agreements, purchase agreements, terms and conditions, sales and supply, non-disclosure, representation, and distribution agreements.
- Engage with Trade Compliance Manager to ensure contractual terms comply with import/export regulations.
- Serve as subject matter expert along with the IT team to develop and automate contract review process in the CRM/ERP systems.
- Serve as support for mergers and acquisitions during negotiation, due diligence, contract drafting and integration.
