- USP seeks a Sr Business Development Manager to serve as a key member of the Global Business Development team focused on growth within our Federal Practice (US Government funded opportunities within the US).
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone familiar with the US government public health ecosystem to provide proposal management in several core areas.
- The Sr Business Development Manager will apply their knowledge about medical countermeasures, supply chain resilience, medicine quality, emerging therapies and advanced manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals and vaccines.
- The Sr Business Development Manager will spearhead activities across the full business development lifecycle with a focus on the following: intelligence gathering on new UGS opportunities; networking with USG key personnel and partners under the guidance of the Senior Director, effectively managing the proposal development process from solicitation to submission; implementing and leveraging appropriate tools and processes to support the development of winning proposals.
- Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis of information to identify, understand and track key funding USG agencies and new business leads, including published solicitations.
