- This position is responsible for leading root cause analysis efforts for health plan wide, sometimes critical, issues received by the Customer Advocacy Team (CAT).
- Ideally possesses a high degree of operational knowledge as it relates to customer operations in claims, system administration, benefit configuration, and member enrollment as well as network and/or provider data management.
- Experience with six sigma, process improvement, business requirement gathering, issue triaging and process mapping is a plus.
- Heightened emotional intelligence and able to connect with our stakeholders
