- Position Summary:The Senior Manager Brand Management position is a critical leadership role at Newell Unit with P&L responsibility for Calphalon and leadership of the marketing function including marketing strategies, annual plans, consumer insights driven innovation, brand communications, go-to-market activation, media, brand equity, and design for omnichannel.
- Key Responsibilities: Assist leadership in building the annual brand plans by supporting with data, insights, and reporting to help understand business performance and formulate actions for improvementLead initiatives that impact the Rubbermaid P&L statement and develop financial management skills.
- Able to leverage google analytics, search information, DTC metrics and other data sources to understand health of the business and make recommendations to drive business performance enhancementsFamiliar with performance marketing.
- Work across the business units with all key functions – Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Distribution, Customer Service, IT, Finance, HR, Legal – as well as centralized support teams to drive profitable sales for the Calphalon brand.
