- Create and manage all aspects of the US marketing and commercial plans for the assigned brands, including brand and product marketing strategy, product positioning, creative strategy briefs, market research and consumer insights, media/advertising, in-store displays, influencer marketing, ecommerce, public relations, licensing, web/internet, and targeted consumer/trade outreach and promotions.
- Manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of brands, including costing and pricing, PL, marketing budget, forecasting, promotional opportunities, SKU rationalization and profitability analysis.
- Partner with US Sales team for US Customer specific plans – product offering, brand promotional guidelines, channel exclusives, sell-in strategy, feature space, and retail media
- Consumer product brand and marketing management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably in children’s toys
