- This role supports the Executive Leadership Team and all levels of the Markets organization through the delivery of strategic & tactical analyses and provides cross-functional reporting as needed to support initiatives around pricing management, customer retention, risk mitigation and profitable growth.
- Reviews and executes reports providing visibility of Business KPI performance metrics to the sales organization for sales incentive compensation purposes
- Collaborates and coordinates with Finance and Product Management as required to support the annual budget, operating plan and forecasting process.
- Drives towards automation and self-service by supporting new tool development in Salesforce, Excel, SQL Server, SAP and Business Warehouse.
- Provide support to the markets organization leadership (VP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Product Management & Sales Performance, VP of Bulk Sales, VP of Industry Sales, VP of Distributor Sales, Regional Directors, etc.)
