Summary:  The  Senior Accountant Financial Reporting  will assist with the planning, preparation and issuance of quarterly and annual financial reporting on an IFRS basis for our foreign parent.
Responsibilities:

Preparation and submission of consolidated and legal entity reporting on an IFRS basis to Fila Korea, Ltd. Prepares and maintains supporting documentation related to financial statements and quarterly/annual reporting packages.

Responsible for US GAAP and IFRS benefit plan accounting.

Assists with the annual audit as well as preparation and submission of the defined benefit and defined contribution plan financial statements of the Company.

Responsible for equity accounting, including treasury share repurchases and dividends.

Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual government reporting surveys.

Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley is maintained for responsible areas.

Assists with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or Master’s in Accounting and CPA or equivalent is required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting.

Industry experience with a publicly traded multinational consumer products company is preferred.

Strong enthusiasm for technology, innovation and a fast-paced business environment.

Enthusiasm and passion for athletics, golf, and the Titleist and FootJoy brands.
