- As the Syneos Health Account Development Manager II (ADC), you will engage with key decision makers within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies to promote awareness of Syneos Health's Commercial offerings (Consulting, Communications, Deployment Solutions) and that result in additional business opportunities for Syneos Health.

- Generates and analyzes reports to manage Account Development metrics and KPIs.
- Initiates and manages effective relationships with active and prospect clients to determine near and future clinical development needs; includes prioritizing accounts, engagement pathways and ongoing nurturing objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a biological science, business, or related field plus a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation/Prospecting, Customer Relationship development and management.
