- Institutes anti-terrorism pre-departure education program to include local threat, terrorist threat awareness and travel security.
- You will establish a program requiring reporting to the appropriate Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) office on any terrorist organization, sabotage, or subversive activity.
- You will perform extensive liaison work with state and local law enforcement officials, FBI, NCIS, Customs, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and similar organizations for the purpose of identifying threats.
- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
