- To provide secretarial services for the Special Education Curriculum Coordinators
- Maintain all materials, curriculum guides, booklets, software, etc.
- Provide clerical and secretarial duties as assigned; including, but not limited to: data entry and processing; spread sheet and database formation; create and generate reports, work orders, schedules, inventory on hand and reorder lists; other files, proposals and documents as needed
- Process, maintain and track teachers' specialized certifications, campus support requests, and interpreter requests, student information and data
- Perform transactions related to instructional programs, in a knowledgeable manner with parents, community, business and education staff
