- As the SEC Reporting Manager you will lead a team of one and will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, filing of Form 10-Q, 10-K and other SEC filings as needed, and providing review and support of earnings release and investor relations related materials.
- Manage preparation of certain aspects of materials to be presented to the audit committee of the board of directors and coordinate presentation topics with other departments, including Tax, Treasury, Finance, and Internal Audit, and the external auditors.
- Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning Operations, Corporate Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, HR, Shared Services Accounting, DTC Accounting, and Wholesale Accounting to align on company directives and assess their impact on financial reporting.
