Seamstress (Industrial) Job Responsibilities: As a Sewer & Jacket Repair Specialist, you will be an essential part of our fast-paced environment, where precision and skill are paramount. Your primary responsibility will be to expertly sew patches onto jackets, ensuring impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. Additionally, you may be involved in jacket repair tasks, such as changing out sleeves and other materials to complete jackets promptly. Prior to receiving an offer, candidates will be required to undergo a sewing test to demonstrate their sewing proficiency. Operate sewing machines and other equipment to stitch and assemble materials into finished products according to established patterns, templates, or specifications. Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the sewing process to identify defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections, and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality products. Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring product integrity. Seamtress (Industrial) Job Requirements: Knowing how to sew a straight stich while also knowing post or zig zag machines is beneficial. Formal training in sewing techniques or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of patternmaking and garment construction would be advantageous.
