- Managing the day-to-day non-instructional operations of the school, including food services, transportation, technology, health and safety, front office operations, events coordination, facilities, and data management
- Managing the school operations team, including data manager, transportation manager, tech coordinator, office manager, facilities manager, nurse, kitchen manager, and custodial staff, and supporting their growth while holding them accountable for achieving school goals
- Working in partnership with the Crescent City Schools Director of Finance and Manager of Payroll & Compliance to ensure payroll information, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and accounting data are up to date and correct
- Managing all facilities, including vendors, contract management, maintenance and repair, and custodial
- Working with the Crescent City Schools COO and School Principal on the annual budgeting process
