- Responsible for developing, growing and servicing small business administration (SBA) relationships that include loan and deposit accounts with new and existing businesses.
- Responsible for pre-flighting and structuring SBA transactions, along with working with the Credit team to complete underwriting, and working with the Loan Processors to close SBA accounts.
- Oversees the SBA Loan Sales process while maintaining excellent communication between internal staff, borrowers, referral partners and Ultum Lender Service Provider (LSP) clients, as applicable.
- Interviews members applying for SBA and other third party sponsored programs loans, deposits and services.
- Assists the SBA Servicing Department with collections/negotiations on problem member commercial loans.
