SAP Test Lead – FICO/BRIM<o:p></o:p>
Location: Bethpage, NY<o:p></o:p>
Qualifications<o:p></o:p>
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.<o:p></o:p>
Over 10+ years of experience in testing SAP applications<o:p></o:p>
Roles and Responsibilities<o:p></o:p>
•                Work closely with Business SMEs specific to relevant SAP functional areas to gather requirements along with BDDs, FDDs, TDDs, Mapping Documents etc.<o:p></o:p>
•                Help/create Test Strategy and Test Plan document.<o:p></o:p>
•                Understand requirements and covert them to Test Scenarios, Test Cases to support Functional, System Integration & Regression Testing<o:p></o:p>
•                Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results<o:p></o:p>
•                Ensure E2E business process testing is performed for respective process areas.<o:p></o:p>
•                Help in preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).<o:p></o:p>
•                Provide required information and support to test manager in conducting daily state meetings and prepare and in preparation of Daily Status Report.<o:p></o:p>
•                Proactively bring up any risks/issues with test manager.<o:p></o:p>
•                Create Defects, support defect triage, perform retests as needed and help in timely closure.<o:p></o:p>
•                Leverage Test management (HP ALM/Jira/ADO) and Automation tools (UFT/ Tosca/Work soft).<o:p></o:p>
•                Coordinate with offshore team members to ensure timely deliverables.<o:p></o:p>
Required Skills<o:p></o:p>
Experience in testing SAP applications involving SAP FICO along with integrations with MM, SD, PP, etc., both on SAP ECC, S/4 Hana<o:p></o:p>
Experience in S/4 HANA Testing having worked on ECC to S/4 HANA migrations projects and S/4 HANA implementation projects.<o:p></o:p>
Complete understanding on E2E business flows and its FICO integration points.<o:p></o:p>
3+ years of experience in SAP BRIM<o:p></o:p>
3+ years of Test Lead experience Testing SAP applications<o:p></o:p>
Experience in testing E2E SAP business flows involving integrations. <o:p></o:p>
Experience in functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing<o:p></o:p>
Experienced in creating Test Strategy and Test Plan Documents.<o:p></o:p>
Experienced in working with Business SMEs, understand requirements, build Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Execution and Analyze Results<o:p></o:p>
Experienced in Waterfall as well as Agile methodologies.<o:p></o:p>
Knowledge on Test management (HP ALM/Jira/ADO) and Automation tools (UFT/Tosca/Work Soft) !<o:p></o:p>
Good Communication Skills and experience in client interactions.<o:p></o:p>
Preferred to have Certification in SAP FICO/BRIM<o:p></o:p>
Exposure to business development support (Estimations, RFPs, presentations, capabilities building)<o:p></o:p>
Ability to work independently and in-person onsite/remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.<o:p></o:p>

Salary and Other Compensation:<o:p></o:p>

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.<o:p></o:p>
