- The Sanitarian will be responsible for daily kitchen sanitation operations including the supervision of all part-time kitchen staff in regards to the quality control and safe production of all food products with strong emphasis on the safety and sanitation standards within all F&B outlets.
- The basic function of the Sanitarian is to provide technical and administrative assistance to the Executive Chef with regards to ensuring effective operation of the kitchen safety standards and safe food production in F&B outlets.
- Scheduling and task management of dishwashers and stewarding team.
- Consistent coaching of NPO, temp, and OVG staff of proper storage of food items, proper temperature control documentation, and the organization/ catalog of all facility refrigeration/ freezer monthly logs.
- Assists culinary management team in the training of staff with regards to local health department requirements and other related topics.
