- Generate revenue from all available ancillary sources including but not limited to Commercial and Residential properties in the Stark Enterprises portfolio.
- Create new revenue avenues, including advertising, event sponsorships, and sponsorship of property attractions.
- Work with the VP of Marketing to develop sales tools for each property, always identifying new asset opportunities for revenue.
- Manage all pop-up, temporary, and long-term leases on properties with available spaces under 1,000 square feet.
- This includes identifying desirable tenants through research and networking, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth transition for a successful lease term.
