- This role proactively connects with previous year clients to discuss their needs, and helps them budget for upcoming projects months in advance by quoting based on client and team feedback.
- This is an existing role we are filling on our Sales and Marketing team, reporting to our Sales Director.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service · Excellent communication (listening, writing, and speaking) · Production experience (relevant examples: live event, video, broadcast, hospitality, A/V) · Skilled at interpersonal conflict resolution, assertively resolving problems proactively.
- Autonomous/Independent - enjoys working with minimal direction.
