- The Sales Manager will lead and coach an inside sales team that uses consultative sales skills to understand the prospect’s needs and assess opportunities to partner together.
- Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding and beyond
- Exceed team acquisition and retention quotas including consistent attainment of KPI standards
- Develop entry-level new hires through their ramp period and onboarding process through extensive hands-on training and coaching
