- You will build a multi-channel sales infrastructure from the ground up.
- The sales strategy will include selling directly to consumers for OTC tests and diagnostics through retail and ecommerce, enterprise and point of care healthcare professionals for rapid test and diagnostics through medical suppliers and distributors, group purchasing organizations (GPO), integrated delivery networks (IDN), and other channels.
- The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, and motivate sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
- You will report directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.
- Compile and analyze sales and market data, providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our sales activities.
