- This person will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of global field sales, AM, SDR, SE and channel commissions.
- Perform complex global sales commissions calculations related to our high growth SaaS model and related analysis and reporting
- Various calculations and reporting using Sales Incentive Management software (Xactly), Snowflake and data visualization tools (such as Looker)
- Collaborate with the Finance, Sales Operations and People team on implementing controls and approval workflows related to commission draws, parental leave policies and related non-standard plan elements.
- Have 2+ years experience in supporting global sales commissions calculation cycle.
