- How you'll make an impact Sales Director (North Texas) Job Details: Employment Status: Full Time Job Location: Remote/Field (Central & North Texas) Reports to: Vice President of Sales (Jorge Garcia) Travel Requirement: 85% Job Duties & Responsibilities: A Channel Director leads and manages the sales unit through Channel District Sales Managers to accomplish business unit objectives via effective sales and account management strategies.
- budget and surpasses goals consistently Manages and optimizes the District Sales Manager’s efforts in the creation and execution of marketing plans, identification of potential channel partners, and the channel sales process.
- Meet weekly with Sales Vice President to review Action Plan and current Operations Projects Conduct Monthly Performance Evaluations to review objectives and goals, analyze results, and set new objectives and goals accordingly Education, Experience, and Traits: Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of multiunit channel sales experience in a business-to-captive sales environment.
- Extensive auto broker experience (use of rater and agency management software to conduct insurance business a must) Experience collecting agency fees as a revenue source Goal-oriented and motivated individual with excellent relationship-building skills.
