- We’re the largest consumer-directed home care agency in NY State, and are continually expanding our areas of focus including operations in other states and tech-based innovations.
- This is a hybrid role with potential travel into our Orlando, Florida office or the FreedomCare hub closest to you for meetings and/or collaboration once or twice per month and weekly basis.
- The Sales Development Representative I role is responsible for the enrollment of potential patients and caregivers into the CDPAP, LHCSA programs and act as a liaison with health plans associated with both programs.
- This role combines the intake and onboarding activities for both patients and caregivers and provides one point of contact consumer experience in their transition from “Qualified” to “On Care”.
- You will be working closely with the Patient's insurance plan, the state department of health as well as inter-departmental teams within the business to ensure a quick and efficient turn-around time to get them on Care. You will be providing a seamless Customer Service experience, while ensuring that our clients are receiving the care they need.
