This role will be cross-trained as a Canine Coach & Pet Parent Coordinator.. The focus of the Rover is to ensure a safe and fun play environment for each pup while supervising the team to ensure all standards are being met ensuring safety and superior customer service are at the forefront of everything.. You are responsible for being a multi-tasker and assisting in all areas of the business, able to jump from a playroom to the front desk with ease.. About the Rover Role: <ul> <li>The focus of the Rover is to ensure a safe and fun play environment for each pup while supervising the team to ensure all standards are being met ensuring safety and superior customer service are at the forefront of everything.</li> <li>You are responsible for being a multi-tasker and assisting in all areas of the business, able to jump from a playroom to the front desk with ease.</li> <li>You care for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family.</li> <li>Creating the Most Exciting Day Ever for the pups in your playroom.</li> <li>You interact with dogs and are always on stage.
