Principal Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Perform roof system repairs for most types of commercial roof systems including (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Tile, Standing Seam and Shingle).</li><li>Perform general housekeeping on roof systems including removal of debris, inspection/cleaning of roof drainage systems, inspection/documentation and minor repair of condensate lines, and of HVAC access panel.</li><li>Perform limited maintenance repairs to exterior walls, sheet metal flashing and window systems. Perform limited ceiling tile replacement/ceiling repair.</li><li>Investigate reported leaks and determine sources of leaks. Communicate with tenants and property managers to obtain details of reported problems and provide specific information relevant to the repairs.</li><li>Conduct pre and post-storm inspections of roof systems to document and respond to conditions.</li><li>Coordinate/Conduct quarterly roof condition surveys and additional properties in other states as required. Complete roof surveys using a tablet computer to document existing conditions with text and photos.</li><li>Perform periodic site visits to inspect and document new roof construction progress, quality and coordination of work. Perform punch list inspections of completed work.</li><li>Meet with roofing contractors to review scope, progress and quality of work. Perform punch list inspections of completed work.</li><li>Coordinate roof penetration work associated with new tenant buildouts.</li><li>Coordinate roof and flashing work related to building facade renovation projects.</li><li>Document and communicate tenant required HVAC maintenance.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>10 yrs of experience in the roofing industry with emphasis on service.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of roof systems, roof system, construction, HVAC systems, exterior wall and window systems necessary.</li><li>Experience with written and photographic documentation and reporting.</li><li>OSHA training certifications related to roofing and manlift operations beneficial.</li><li>Valid driver's license with good driving record required.</li></ul> Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000 Annually Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate
