- The RN Practice Coordinator (RNPC) of Ambulatory Nursing Administration reports to the CNO/Director of Ambulatory Care Nursing.
- The Practice Coordinator will work independently and collaboratively in the assigned number of clinics and specialties minimum of ten clinics and above with the clinic managers and clinical staff to promote quality care and ensure consistency in clinical practices as they relate to regulatory standards, UCLA Health Ambulatory policies and procedures.
- In collaboration with the clinical management team, Department of Medicine Community Practices and other Faculty Practice group departments, the practice coordinator will provide support and appropriate direction their scope for patient care activities in accordance with organizational goals and objectives as directed.
- The Ambulatory RN Practice Coordinator is responsible for assisting with clinical quality, staff education and administrative coordination of nursing staff.
- The RN Practice Coordinator will promote quality care and ensure consistency in clinical practices.
