- Understand the macro and micro-economic variables affecting supply and demand in the local marketplace, and use this knowledge to create accurate operational and financial room revenue forecasts.
- Prepare annual Rooms Revenue Budget together with Director Hotel, General Manager / Asst. General Manager, and Finance Department.
- Chair weekly Revenue Strategy meetings in order to formulate strategies and tactics together with partners including the Director of Casino Marketing team and Director of Hotel Operations.
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with the market manager of these 3rd party sites to maximize opportunities on these channels.
- Actively develop all team members within the department including Reservations so that they too have opportunity to grow their REvenue Management and leadership skills.
