- Under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store as directed.
- The Support Lead is also responsible to “Wow the Customer”, assist with front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.
- Training the staff on the High Fives of Customer Service
- Reviews all corporate communications and reacts accordingly
- Drives store sales which may include performing in all Five Below services (ear piercing, balloons, buy online, pick up in store etc.)
