What we will offer you: <ul><li>Competitive rate of pay: $20.00 per hour</li><li>Daily Pay- Get your money as you earn it</li><li>Hudson PerkSpot Discount</li><li>20% Hudson Employee Discount</li><li>50% Hudson Food and Beverage Discount</li></ul><ul><li>PTO</li><li>Personal and Parental Leave Programs</li><li>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance</li><li>Employee Recognition Programs</li></ul><ul><li>Advancement and Growth Opportunities</li><li>On-going Training & Development</li><li>Referral Bonus up to $500</li></ul> This Retail Operations Supervisor Job Is For You, If You Enjoy: <ul><li>Assist the General Manager and Operational Managers in managing the team members and the daily operation of our stores and providing an amazing customer service experience to our customers</li></ul><ul><li>Working at Salt Lake City International Airport </li></ul> Your Team is counting on you as a Retail Operations Supervisor to: <ul><li>Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidays</li><li>Work a full-time schedule</li><li>Oversee multiple team members</li></ul> <ul><li>Work one of the following shifts: <ul><li>Wed - Sun: 11am - 7:30pm</li><li>Mon: 11am - 7:30pm, Tues: 3:30pm - 12am, Fri - Sun: 12pm - 8:30pm</li><li>Sun - Thurs: 2:30pm - 11pm</li></ul></li></ul> Retail Operations Supervisor Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provides staff training and coaching with team members on a daily basis</li><li>conducts store opening/closing/ shift change procedures</li><li>Performs all cash register preparation, float verifications, spot checks, verification of end-of-shift cash reconciliation's, void processing and deposits</li><li>Ensures that daily counts on cigarettes, phone cards, newspapers, and other items as required are conducted and that any discrepancies are reported</li></ul><ul><li>Ensures that staff report to work on time, dressed in clean full uniform, including nametags</li><li>Ensures that all staff tardiness and absences are reported to management</li><li>Ensures customers are greeted promptly and served by knowledgeable, well-trained associates</li><li>Demonstrates effective management of customer queuing</li><li>Ensures that sales associates are assigned daily duties and are aware of daily sales targets and procedural changes</li></ul><ul><li>Has an in depth knowledge of products sold and ensures replenishment and proper rotation of stock on the sales floor</li><li>Ensures that housekeeping standards are maintained (i.e. dusting, folding, replacement of burnt light bulbs, sweeping, mopping)</li><li>Maintains an ever-vigilant theft and shoplifting awareness and enforces cash register and other policies controlling internal shrink</li></ul> Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Ability to manage, consult, and help plan daily activities with General Manager, Operations Manager, and other Supervisors</li><li>One or more years working as a Supervisor in a retail setting</li><li>Experience working in a retail setting</li><li>Provides supervision and support to store staff</li><li>Works with on-site sales representatives</li></ul><ul><li>Approachable and interactive leadership qualities</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul> Hudson is an Equal Opportunity Employer of all qualified individuals.
