What we will offer you: <ul><li>Competitive rate of pay of: $19.71 per hour</li><li>Daily Pay- Get your money as you earn it</li><li>Hudson PerkSpot Discount</li><li>20% Hudson Employee Discount</li><li>50% Hudson Food and Beverage Discount</li><li>PTO</li><li>Personal and Parental Leave Programs</li><li>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance</li><li>Employee Recognition Programs</li><li>Advancement and Growth Opportunities</li><li>On-going Training & Development</li><li>Referral Bonus up to $500</li></ul> This Duty Free Sales Associate Job Is For You, If You Enjoy: <ul><li>Helping others, understanding a customer’s needs and in turn provide an amazing customer service experience while having fun doing it</li><li>Working at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport- Duty Free</li></ul> Your Team is counting on you as a Duty Free Sales Associate to: <ul><li>Provide flexibility to work any time and any day of the week, including weekends & holidays</li><li>Work a Full-time schedule</li></ul> Duty Free Sales Associate Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter the store</li><li>Follow all company policies, cash handling policies and special store loss prevention procedures</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management</li><li>Effectively operate a cash register</li><li>Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store</li><li>Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facility</li><li>Communicate pricing, out of date, and inventory issues with management</li><li>Assist other store employees in maintaining security in stores</li><li>Stock merchandise</li><li>Inform management of any out of stock situations</li><li>Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, and straightening of merchandise on store fixtures and displays</li><li>Assist with book inventory process (i.e., ordering, receiving, returns)</li><li>Perform related work as assigned</li></ul> Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Luxury sales experience</li><li>Ability to interact with diverse personalities</li><li>High degree of interpersonal skills</li><li>Be able to lift 20 pounds</li><li>Be over the age of 21, as required by law in order to sell alcohol and tobacco products</li><li>Prior experience operating a cash register</li></ul> Hudson is an Equal Opportunity Employer of all qualified individuals.
