- At Office Depot Inc., the Service Advisor - Key Carrier (KC) is a part-time role providing "total solutions" to our customers encompassing Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print offerings.
- The Service Advisor - Key Carrier will demonstrate a passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, print, and other services/products offered to our customers.
- The essential functions of this position may require the Service Advisor-Key Carrier to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party.
- This includes driving awareness of key performance indicators, providing leadership to improve results, activation/deactivation of the store's alarm system, and processes for opening or closing the store.
- Routinely supports management while acting as an LOD and may assist in review of cash handling, cashier, and merchandise error logs, register voids, tax exemption and all related cash office audits.
