- The General Manager will own associate training and development, talent assessment, identifying and developing top talent, and succession planning.
- Provides positive and constructive feedback, and appropriate coaching and counseling.
- This person will lead, motivate and inspire associates to create a customer/client first environment resulting in a memorable and positive customer experience; is actively engaged with the local community and hosts in-store events with small and medium businesses (SMB) to build strong client relationships, improve customer retention, and increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Responsible for performance management of all associates and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
