- The Restoration Project Manager is part of the first response Mitigation team, often taking initial calls on very short and urgent notice, assessing damages, stopping the continuation of damage, and beginning immediate mitigation efforts.
- To do so, this might include lifting carpet from a flooded basement or cutting drywall to avoid mold growth, moving furniture, or setting drying equipment to get the property to a state ready for reconstruction.
- Complete demolition processes and manual labor such as water mitigation, flooring removal, moving furniture, etc.
