- As a member of the Culinary team, the Expeditor will help lead dinner service by conducting and directing the dishes out to the dining room.
- They will ensure that an elevated guest experience directly evoking a sense of place is achieved.
- Must have a High School diploma, and college education, or culinary school apprentice experience preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire a valid CA Food Handler Card.
- Salt Wood features three distinct dining environments - a full-service dining room, lively bar and lounge and al fresco dining patio.
