- The Residential Area Manager works cooperatively with the Residence Life staff to create a positive and inclusive living-learning community for students consistent with the University's Jesuit mission.
- The Residential Area Manager position is a live-in position, responsible for the overall management of a residential area of 300-600 students.
- This position works closely with other members of the Residence Life team and Student Life staff to provide area leadership, programming and a living environment that complements students' educational experiences.
- Additional responsibilities include serving in a shared on-call emergency management rotation, serving as a student conduct hearing officer, assisting in the implementation of departmental initiatives such as RA Selection and RA Training, and working with Public Safety and Facilities Management to promote student safety and advocate for the physical care of residential spaces.
- Serve as a student conduct hearing officer to adjudicate violations of University policies.
