- The primary purpose of the Research Investigator position is to supervise the scientific research laboratory projects, carry out laboratory research in vitro and in vivo projects, comprehending the role of radiation and DNA repair defects on immune response activation and radiosensitization.
- Proficient in mIF techniques such as - Tyramine system (Opal kit 7 colors, Perkin Elmer), scanning Vectra/Polaris system and inForm image analysis system (Perkin Elmer) for study of immune profiling and immune checkpoints in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissues.
- Data Acquiring and Analysis Data evaluation and recording in concordance with methods requested.
- Scanning of mIF slides for pathology image analysis, skills to operate the Vectra and Polaris system scanner to mIF slides and troubleshooting technical problems if necessary.
- Develop novel techniques for Multiplexed IHC analysis of biomarkers on tissue samples.
