- Maintain a 95% on time delivery (OTD) of all customer returns.
- Leads corrective action with area supervisor and quality team as needed.
- Accountable for turnaround time and backlog of returns Proven track record to troubleshoot to subassembly level across multiple product lines.
- Technical skills include calibration, environmental testing, & soldering skills.
- Must be able to read and understand schematics, assembly drawings and test / calibration procedures Strong and proven root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action Experience with PC based application to include Microsoft Office Package and email.
