- The Rental Escrow Coordinator’s principal objective is to professionally and discretely maintain accurate records of the Associations managed by the company following our contractual obligations and involves the management and oversight of the Escrow accounts of Homeowners Association (HOA) rentals, commissions, and owner interaction and financial transactions.
- Audit resort’s daily cash reports for multiple HOAs. Post corporate rental payments.
- Responsible for the integrity of the Associations’ rental commission and sales tax payment records.
- Fulfill the company’s contractual obligations to each HOA Board managed.
- Research and respond to disputes/complaints adequately, professionally, and appropriately.
