- Under the direction of the Rental Operations Manager, the Rental Coordinator is responsible for Rental contract management and administrative activities.
- This includes the set-up, monitoring, coordination of deliver, pickup and billing of Rental contracts as well as the maintenance of Rental equipment availability.
- Respond to customer and internal Rental equipment related inquiries, questions, and requests.
- Communicate and coordinate Rental equipment delivery and pickup to and from the appropriate site acting as a transportation coordinator of internal & external drivers.
- Develop New Account business through customer call and relationship development and partnerships with Rental Sales Reps and the Credit Department.
