Job Description Day to day Tasks will include: oReceiving 30-100 incoming calls relating to military-related benefit programs for the universityoWorking in the salesforce platform for documentation, and with the PureCloud phone system oReviewing and resolving inquiries from both perspective and active students some of which are active-duty members, along with their enrollment counselors and program mentors.oCoordinating and acting as a liaison between the Department of Veterans Affairs and other military entities and the student. Daily tasks will also include researching and resolving problems with claims, billings, non-payment, etc.oCompleting attendance certifications and invoices monthly and will need to coordinate with various military entities to research and resolve student questions and problems.
