- The Rehabilitation and Treatment Coordinator, Child & Family Services is responsible for working with service providers in the management of contracts with BHSB and certain levels of care within the Public Behavioral Health System, with a primary focus on services for children, youth, young adults and families.
- The Rehabilitation and Treatment Coordinator manages a portfolio of BHSB program contracts, ensuring consistency with the purpose for the funding, determination of deliverables, and evaluating provider performance.
- The Coordinator is charged with building and maintaining strong relationships with service provider organizations, as well as other community stakeholders, and is required to have an understanding of mental illness, substance use disorders, the continuum of services available in the Maryland Public Behavioral Health System, and the larger system of care.
- Serve as part of BHSB’s disaster response team as needed, in any capacity that is needed.
- Possession of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling/Psychology, Human Services, Public Health, Public Administration or Allied Health field
