- Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Rehabilitation Therapist position is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy or Recreational Therapy) services to patients of all ages.
- The Therapist will evaluate referred patients, to implement and administer a comprehensive therapeutic intervention to restore and maximize function, to relieve or reduce pain, and to prevent disability following disease or injury.
- Qualifications Graduate from either an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy or Recreational Therapy program (candidates that are near completion of the degree requirements and will be eligible for licensure requirements will be considered).
- Licensed as a PT, OT, Speech, or certified as Recreational Therapist in the State of New Jersey as verified by the Board of Consumer Affairs.
- Must maintain license in good standing.
