- Lead and participate in regulatory permitting for a wide variety of site development, transportation, energy-related (electric transmission and renewable energy (wind/solar
- Direct experience with MEPA reviews, MassDEP, and other New England states- permitting programs, such as Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act Chapter 91, NEPA reviews, federal Clean Water Act and related permitting (Sections 404, 10, 408), federal or state Section 401 Water Quality Certification), and socioeconomic and Environmental Justice analyses.
- Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in environmental science/engineering, environmental/transportation planning, environmental policy, natural resources, or related field, and 8-plus years of post-degree experience.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply environmental compliance and permitting regulations of applicable regulatory agencies, including USACE, MEPA, Massachusetts DEP, Mass CZM, local Conservation Commissions, MassDOT, and Massport.
