- This staff position is responsible for the preparation of permits, tariffs, applications and compliance filings with regulatory agencies for interstate and midstream entities.
- The agencies include the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Texas Railroad Commission (TRRC), Canadian Energy Regulator (CER), Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), Mexico Ministry of Energy (SENER), Mexico Tax Administration Service (SAT) and other state regulatory agencies.
- FERC – Provide certificate and regulatory support and guidance for strategic initiatives, major projects as well as numerous minor projects as assigned.
- Review and comment on environmental reports prepared in compliance with NEPA and FERC guidelines.
