- JOB SUMMARYAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. It is the responsibility of the Professional Nurse to implement the Hospital's mission and goals through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities.
- It is a collaborative closed 25 bed capacity mixed with medical and surgical cases under Intensivist Care Program.
- Our care management consists of care bundles based on evidence-based practices that are executed with compassion and care.
- Our Intensive Care Nurses work with all patients and their families to create healing, humane, and caring behaviors under safe environment while focusing also on patient advocacy.
- The hospital was established in January 2000, following the consolidation of St. Elizabeth Hospital and Elizabeth General Medical Center.
