- Any trauma related fractures or orthopedic abnormalities requiring surgical intervention or traction application, splinting, splinting, casts, or other skeletal immobilization.
- Nurse Residency for all new graduates with the implementation of ECCO (essentials of critical care orientation)
- Critical Care Internship with knowledge base lecture series provided in the department
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support); required for experienced RN, has to be completed by end of orientation for the novice Critical Care RN
