- Perform clinical duties consistent to their education, certification and competency levels.
- Responsible for end-to-end Case Management and oversight for the client site, communication and coordination across all relevant activities associated with workers compensation and/or personal disability claims
- Facilitate return to work and restriction/job modification management for leave of absence cases, inclusive of worker compensation, short- and long-term disability scenarios
- Establish and manage workflows and relationships with the ATI client, coordinate care with insurance and/or personal disability adjustors in claim strategy and business cost-savings initiatives
- Support the maintenance of provider networks to include pharmacy, diagnostic testing, durable medical equipment (DME), transportation, and on-going care as appropriate.
